About the club

Sun Valley Pony Club is a small, friendly, and welcoming Pony Club located in the Lower Blue Mountains, NSW. Established in 1963, our club has a proud history of supporting riders and horse lovers in our local community for over six decades.

We are open to members aged 3 to 80, and we welcome riders of all ages, abilities, and experience levels. Whether you are just starting your journey with horses or continuing a lifelong passion, Sun Valley Pony Club offers a supportive environment to learn, grow, and enjoy horsemanship.

Our focus is on education, safety, confidence, and partnership with the horse. Through structured lessons, rallies, and shared experiences, members develop practical riding skills, sound horsemanship, and lasting friendships — both in and out of the saddle.

At Sun Valley Pony Club, everyone belongs. We pride ourselves on being a close-knit community where members are encouraged, supported, and inspired to enjoy a life with horses
